Gluten Free

Gluten intolerance is a growing concern for many people in the UK and beyond. Estimates of the number of gluten intolerant individuals in this country run at about 1% of the total population, more than 600,000 people. Estimates of the numbers who are sensitive to gluten are ten times that many, with up to 6 million people included. With readily accessible and faster modern testing for gluten intolerance and sensitivity, there are more people finding out that gluten is affecting their health than ever before. There are also many other reasons, usually health related, why people choose either from time to time or on a more permanent basis to opt for a gluten free diet and lifestyle.
