Mesquite Mango Smoothie
400-450g (4cups) chopped mangoes, fresh or frozen
5 frozen orange juice cubes or 125ml (1/2cup) fresh-squeezed
1 frozen ginger juice cube or 1/2 inch chunk of fresh ginger (optional)
1pt (568ml) kefir
40g (1/4cup) mesquite powder
Put mango, banana, orange, ginger, kefir, mesquite powder in the blender and give it a whirl. While the motor is running add in raw honey and coconut oil to taste.
